Intial Postnatal consultation/ Home visit
Receive personalised in-home breastfeeding support from an IBCLC lactation
consultant in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. This comprehensive postnatal consultation is designed to support you with breastfeeding, infant feeding,
milk supply concerns, painful feeding, latch difficulties, unsettled behaviour, and overall feeding confidence.
During your home visit, we will discuss your pregnancy, birth and feeding history, complete a full breastfeeding assessment, observe a feed, and assess your baby’s milk transfer and feeding patterns. You’ll receive evidence-based breastfeeding support tailored to your individual goals and your family’s needs.
